WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead B2B sales for solar solutions (rooftop solar, solar lighting)
- Build and execute end-to-end sales strategy (lead → deal closure)
- Develop relationships with industrial clients (Becamex, VSIP, FDI companies)
- Drive team performance and manage 2 Area Sales Managers
- Achieve sales KPI (target: 3MW in year 1)
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams for project execution
- Report directly to Board of Directors
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong experience in B2B sales (energy, infrastructure, industrial sectors preferred)
- Proven track record in closing large-scale deals
- Solid understanding of DPPA/PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) is a must
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Strategic thinking with strong execution ability
- Comfortable working in high-performance environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Existing network with industrial parks / FDI clients
- Experience in solar or renewable energy projects
- Ability to structure complex deals and long sales cycles
