[HCM] Business Development Head (Solar – B2B)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead B2B sales for solar solutions (rooftop solar, solar lighting)
  • Build and execute end-to-end sales strategy (lead → deal closure)
  • Develop relationships with industrial clients (Becamex, VSIP, FDI companies)
  • Drive team performance and manage 2 Area Sales Managers
  • Achieve sales KPI (target: 3MW in year 1)
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams for project execution
  • Report directly to Board of Directors

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong experience in B2B sales (energy, infrastructure, industrial sectors preferred)
  • Proven track record in closing large-scale deals
  • Solid understanding of DPPA/PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) is a must
  • Strong leadership and team management capability
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution ability
  • Comfortable working in high-performance environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Existing network with industrial parks / FDI clients
  • Experience in solar or renewable energy projects
  • Ability to structure complex deals and long sales cycles
