[HCM] Chief Financial Officer (Group Level)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all group-level finance functions including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance
• Act as strategic advisor to CEO and Board on financial planning, capital allocation, and growth initiatives
• Build and manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across subsidiaries
• Design and execute capital structure strategies, fundraising, and investor relations activities
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Support M&A activities including financial due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance leadership role
• Strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, and business partnering
• Hands-on mindset with ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Solid experience working with Boards, investors, and senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and financial controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hospital groups, or regulated service industries is highly preferred
• Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or group-level environments
• Exposure to fundraising, ESOP structuring, or M&A is a strong advantage
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
