[HCM] Delivery Engineer

What success looks like in 12 months

You own multiple enterprise customer pipelines. SLA coverage is consistently hitting targets without escalation. When a new customer onboards, the first pipeline is in production in under the planned build time. The team's delivery capacity has materially increased because of you.

What you'll actually do

Build and maintain production automation using TinyFish technology as well as coding agents. You own the testing, validation and quality of what is shipped.

Deploy additional solutions where browser agent is suboptimal for the use case

Debug adversarial web problems independently and creatively.

Strictly follow company and account-specific compliance requirements

Build monitoring so that pipeline failures surface before customers notice them.

Communicate with enterprise customers on requirements and technical discussion.

You may be a good fit if you:

Can read and own production code whether you wrote it or an agent did

Familiar with AWS fundamentals: enough to deploy, debug a production setup

Are comfortable engaging with enterprise customers, primarily in English-language environments
